China DMC for Travel Agents

ToursCN is a destination management company (DMC) in China. We work behind overseas travel agencies, tour operators and event planners who sell China to their own clients. You keep the client and the sale. We plan the route, book local suppliers and look after your clients on the ground.

Who we work with

  • Travel agencies and travel designers selling private, tailor-made trips for couples, families and friends.
  • Tour operators running small-group departures or one-off groups.
  • Event and incentive planners who need a local partner for meetings, retreats and incentive programmes.
  • Where: we currently arrange programmes in 11 destinations: Beijing, Shanghai, Xi’an, Chengdu, Hangzhou, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Harbin, Zhangjiajie, Xiamen and Sanya.

How we work with your agency

  • Agency pricing. Ask us for net rates for your agency. You set your own margin and the price your client pays.
  • Your brand. Ask us about itineraries and travel documents prepared under your agency’s name.
  • Your client relationship. Before a trip is confirmed, we agree with you how communication with your clients will work.

Quotes you can sell from

  • What a quote shows. The route by day, the hotel proposed for each night, transport between cities, guide and vehicle arrangements, entrance tickets and meals included, and a price per person by room type and group size. A separate list shows what is not included.
  • No hidden assumptions. If a hotel, train or venue still needs confirming, the quote says so and shows an alternative.
  • Confirmed at booking. Hotel rates and train seats are confirmed when you book.

What your clients receive

  • A private guide for each guided day, in English or another language on request.
  • A private vehicle and driver for transfers and touring days, with meet-and-greet at airports and stations.
  • A travel pack before departure: daily schedule, hotel names and addresses in Chinese and English, meeting points, guide contacts and practical notes.
  • Support during the trip: tell us how you would like urgent changes handled and who should be contacted, and we build it into the arrangements.

Booking and payment

Deposit, balance, payment currency and cancellation terms are set out in each quote and confirmed in writing before you book. Your clients should hold comprehensive travel insurance.

How a booking runs

  1. Send the brief. Agency name, client market, dates or flexibility, number of travellers, preferred cities, hotel standard, budget range and your proposal deadline. A rough brief is enough to start.
  2. Receive the itinerary and quote. Review the route, inclusions and alternatives with us. We revise until it is ready for your client.
  3. Confirm the booking. We book hotels, trains, flights, guides and tickets and send you the confirmations.
  4. Final documents. The travel pack reaches you before arrival.
  5. On the ground. Guides and drivers meet your clients and look after them throughout the trip.

Partner questions

Can we start with an itinerary we already have?

Yes. Include the cities, fixed bookings and parts you want help with. For a Beijing–Xi’an–Shanghai route, that might mean checking train-day timings, finding local guides and planning hotel transfers.

Can we enquire before the group size is final?

Yes. Share an estimated range and the date you expect a final headcount. Group size affects vehicle capacity, hotel room allocations and which activities can run together.

Does our clients’ nationality change anything?

Tell us your client market at the start. It affects entry rules, guide language, pace, meal preferences and hotel style. Many European, Asia-Pacific and Gulf passports can currently visit China without a visa for short stays; our entry guide explains the current rules.
