Here’s how a China trip or event can move from your first enquiry to a working plan. The details depend on where you’re going, what your group needs and which arrangements you want help with.
1. Start with your brief
Share your likely dates, group size, preferred destinations and budget range, if known. Include any flights already booked, the language your group needs and any dietary or access requirements. For a meeting, add the event goal, required meeting hours, preferred room setup and decision date.
2. Review the plan and quote scope
We can discuss a route or event outline and the services you want priced. Review what the quote covers, such as hotels, transfers, guiding, venue hire or planned meals, and which items your group will handle. Dates, group size and supplier availability can affect prices and options. Check any pending items before confirming arrangements.
3. Agree what your group needs before arrival
Discuss which details should go into the final plan and who needs a copy. The documents can vary with the agreed services.
